Andrew Michael Milonakis (born January 30, 1976, in Katonah, New York) first came to every computer junky’s monitor as the Internet phenomenon that used his home webcam to record his freestyle rhyming, humor videos, and short films previously credited to angrynakedpat.com. Some of these videos and songs included "Crispy New Freestyle" and "The Super Bowl is Gay."
He later went onto play the role of a pre-pubescent boy on his television show, The Andy Milonakis Show. However, this is no average adolescent. In fact, he is not an adolescent at all: Milonakis has a congenital growth-hormone condition that gives him the outward appearance and voice of a pre-adolescent boy, when he is in fact an adult man. In fact, when asked his age in an interview Milonakis responded, "somewhere between 10 and 30."
He said of his show, The Andy Milonakis Show in 2002, that his viewers tend to be “Anywhere from eight to 25. I don't know too many people over 30 who like it, but I definitely have some middle-aged people who tell me they watch the show, but I definitely think it's for a younger audience. Some of the stuff I used to do before I got the show was for an older audience."
Since his inception into the entertainment industry, Milonakis built a following which included comedian Jimmy Kimmel, who recruited him for regular appearances on Jimmy Kimmel Live from 2004 to 2004.
Milonakis was also featured in a 2005 film, Waiting..., which starred Ryan Reynolds, Dane Cook, Justin Long, and Anna Faris, and he has been a frequent co-host on the syndicated radio show Loveline with Dr. Drew Pinsky (from the radio station KROQ) since co-host Adam Carolla left in November 2005.
In 2005 he recorded a hip hop song “Like Dis” together with his friend, J-Kwon. He is also friends with Jason Mewes, who is best known as the foul-mouthed stoner "Jay" of Jay and Silent Bob fame.
