Candice Michelle
Candice Michelle Beckman (born September 30, 1978 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin), better known as Candice Michelle is known for her dazzling beauty as a Diva around the wrestling world, and also for her appearances is events like the "Lingerie Bowl." This model, actress, and professional wrestler, currently works for World Wrestling Entertainment's RAW brand.
Early Life
Michelle had aspirations of becoming a star from a very young age. With Panamanian, German, and Costa Rican ancestry, this beauty picked up everything and drove to Los Angeles at the age of 19 in order to make those dreams materialize. There she took her surname with the hopes of becoming a professional model. She already had a boost above the competition as she was a fitness nut who had been taking care of her physique since she was a little girl.
Early Career
Brand Model, Talent Agency and Pacific Talent & Models, were able to help Michelle land some intermittent modeling and acting opportunities. Her professional scorecard began to improve and she modeled for several magazines like Flex, Hot Rod, Max Muscle, and Low Rider magazines, as well as a cover feature for Mini Truckin'.
She also landed bit-parts in “Party of Five” and “7th Heaven.”
She continued modeling and her resume became more substantial: shoots for Miller Lite, Bacardi and Prolab Nutritional Supplements, and runway work for Elizabetta Rogiani Beverly Hills and Marva Sew Industries became fixtures on her list of experience.
In the late 1990s, Michelle was also slowly working her way up as an actress, cast more for her physical appearance than for her dramatic monologues: one role was as a "Juggy Girl" on "The Man Show." During this time she shot commercials for Quaker State and Midas International, and made brief appearances on "Ripley's Believe It or Not" and NBC's "Hang Time."
Then finally in 2001, Michelle made the move to film work, appearing in unaccredited roles in such films as Tomcats (2001) with Jerry O’Connell and Shannon Elizabeth, High Crimes (2002), Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (2002) with Sam Rockwell and Drew Barrymore, and A Man Apart (2003).
In 2002, she went on to have a starring role in the soft-core adult series “Hotel Erotica.” That same year, she also appeared in the June issue of Playboy, featured as Cyber Girl of the Week.

Diva Search: 2004
In 2004, she finally found her fame-launch pad and got a job as a WWE Diva, a job that mainly consisted of strolling around the ring in lingerie before tens of thousands of wrestling fans. She came to WWE as a contestant in the 2004 WWE Diva Search and although did not make it to one of the final ten contestants on the televised event, WWE were so impressed that they hired her anyway and placed her on the RAW brand under the gimmick of a makeup artist.
RAW: Road to the Top
Initially, Michelle's role was limited in the wrestling world. She was never given an actual wrestling role in the RAW division and rarely made television appearances unless to participate in one of the program's occasional lingerie pillow fights or bikini contests. These events, such as the “Lingerie Bowl,” also included Christy Hemme, Maria Kanellis, and Stacy Keibler.
SmackDown!: 2005
On June 30, 2005, the wrestling world held a draft lottery, and Michelle was traded from the RAW to the SmackDown! where she became involved in a feud between Torrie Wilson and Melina Perez. Michelle quickly became Jillian Hall and Melina's rival when she befriended Wilson. On July 24, 2005, at the wrestling match called “The Great American Bash,” Michelle served as the special guest referee for the “Bra and Panties” match between Torrie Wilson and Melina Perez (Melina was victorious). Right after the match, Melina’s ego skyrocketed and she pushed Candice from behind; this resulted in both divas attacking Melina
Back to RAW: 2006
Because of the altercation, she was moved to back to RAW in a trade along with Wilson. From that point on, Michelle and Wilson continued to taunt Ashley Massaro (2005 WWE Diva Search Winner), bringing in Victoria to attack her as part of their "initiation" as a new Diva. This continued until Trish Stratus returned from an injury to help Massaro retaliate against Michelle and her two cohorts. They became known as the stable “Ladies in Pink,” and later known as “Vince's Devils.”
On the February 27, 2006, edition of RAW, Michelle would get her first WWE Women's Championship match while a part of “Vince's Devils” in a losing effort to then-champion Trish Stratus.
Subsequently, Torrie Wilson went onto become a “Babyface Diva,” and a feud developed between Wilson and Michelle. This feud became a lengthy one, which led to a wrestling match, publicized as Playboy magazine's then-newest cover girl Michelle, facing off against the two-time former cover girl (Wilson) at WrestleMania 22 in a “Playboy Pillow Fight.” Wilson would win this match, but the feud would still continue on-and-off when Michelle was working backstage segments with Vince McMahon, being his "sex slave." They resolved the feud in late 2006.
Michelle also appeared in both of 2006's "Saturday Night's Main Event" on NBC. In the March 18 episode, she and Victoria lost to Trish Stratus and Mickie James in a tag team match. On the July 15 program, Michelle was eliminated in the first round of a Divas' bikini bull riding competition which was won by Michelle McCool.
On the July 17, 2006 edition of RAW, Michelle was the special guest referee during the tag team match between Trish Stratus and Torrie Wilson and Victoria and Mickie James. Michelle and Wilson won the match.
The next week Michelle faced Mickie but was defeated; and the following week Michelle teamed with Stratus to defeat James and Victoria. On the September 25, 2006 edition of RAW, Michelle lost the first round of the WWE Women's Championship Tournament to Lita after being speared by Edge.
Michelle competed in the first ever "Extreme Strip Poker" segment on ECW on October 10, 2006 representing RAW!

On January 20, 2007, she teamed up with James to defeat Melina and Victoria. Mickie. Michelle ended up pinning Victoria: this marked the return of Michelle to the ring.
In her blog, Michelle claimed that Melina stole her move; Melina called the “Candy Clutch,” where Michelle named it "California Dreaming." Melina responded by discrediting Michelle’s claimed copywrite on her own blog on WWE.com: she stated the fact that she had used the move in the independent circuit as her finisher for six years under her moniker Kyra, and called the move “The Kyrapractor,” long before Michelle was involved in wrestling. Melina also berated Michelle and other Diva Search winners for not working for their place in the WWE.
Michelle’s signature moves include her “Candylicious” (hanging figure four necklock), the “Sugar Rush” (Forward Russian legsweep), “Candy Clutch” (Muta Lock), the “Candylicious” (Hanging figure four necklock), the “Candy Splash” (Reverse Slingshot Splash), the “Spinning Heel Kick,” the “DDT,” the “Diving Reverse Elbow,” the “Go Daddy” dance, followed by “Elbow Drop,” the “Diving Crossbody,” and the “La Magistral”
